User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of information associated with your use of Monceda Labs or Monceda Ads.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to shancerecel101@gmail.com with the subject Monceda Ads Data Deletion Request.

Include enough information for us to identify the account or data associated with your request. For security, we may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What Happens Next

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information associated with the request, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Disconnecting Meta

If you connected a Meta account to Monceda Ads, you may also remove the application's access through the settings provided by Meta. Removing access prevents future authorized access but does not by itself replace a request to delete information already stored by Monceda Labs.
